Right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we offer an extended cancellation period of 30 days!

The cancellation period is 14 days, but in our case 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FENCIONE PARIS, email: info@fencioneparis.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

3. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will bear the costs of return.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

4. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

Sealed goods (e.g. perfumes) which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
Custom-made or personalized products made to your specifications.
